Born from a genuine passion for hospitality, we offer a carefully curated selection of wines paired with innovative sharing plates that fuse Mediterranean flavors with culinary influences from around the world.
The name Doble reflects the union of two families, as well as the twin brothers who front the bar. It also captures the laid-back spirit that defines the experience: after a few glasses of good wine, you might just start seeing double!
Inspired by the stories, traditions, and landscapes behind each bottle, our wine list celebrates the diversity of the wine world, while our cuisine reinvents the traditional concept of tapas with a creative and contemporary approach. Set in an Art Deco-inspired space, with nods to the glamour, elegance, and escapist spirit of the Gatsby era, Doble has been designed to transport its guests far from the everyday routine.
